Top 9′s – Hardest Endurance Races in the World

A good friend of mine and Sherpa, Ian Thomson is an Ultra Endurance Cyclist and has been preparing for the Race Across America for about a year. The race takes place on Wednesday June 9th 2010 and I am excited to see him ride. Given my unending curiosity, and watching Ian's progress I thought a good Top 9's would be the Top 9's Hardest Races in the world. Here we go!

Sherpa Nadia Experience: “Caving”

We will go in 3-5 small caves at 2 or 3 different locations. The day usually last 5-6 hours. You will walk a few kilometers to get to some of the caves. In the caves, you will crawl, belly crawl, go through small spaces and squeezes, and do some climbing. You will get dirty, scraped, and most likely a little scared and bruised (and you will love it). Note: these are not walking caves.
