Olympic Torch Relay: This is an event you do not want to miss! Come by Nathan Phillips Square this Thursday and see the Olympic torch make its way through Toronto. The event is free and occurs at 6 pm.

Holiday Jam: Is a benefit for Sick Kids. Here you will see performances by Kathleen Edwards, Sarah Harmer, Sam Roberts and others. Show begins at 8 pm and ticket prices are $39.50.

Buddhist meditation: Come by 60 Lowther Street tonight for meditation and dharma talk. Activities begin at 7:15 pm.  There is no cost but donations will be accepted. 

Tree Walk Toronto: This is a field naturalist’s walk.  This event is free and will take place at Prospect Cemetery gates, St Clair West and Lansdowne.

Dufferin Grove Organic Farmers’ Market: This event features local and organic produce, meats, cheeses, honey, wild foods, fish, wood-fired oven breads, fair-trade chocolate and delicious foods to eat on the spot. The event runs from Monday until Thursday. This event is also free!

Waterfront Winterfest: Join Mariposa Cruises for a magical cruise with Santa and his elves. The event runs from Monday until Saturday. Prices range from $10 to $19. The cruise happens between 11am and noon.

Public Treasure Hunt: All new downtown Toronto Treasure Hunt available!  You need to find clues on the web that will lead you to a ‘treasure’ located somewhere in Downtown Toronto. There is no fee for this and the winner will take home $100!

High Park Ski Club: High Park Ski Club is Toronto’s largest traveling ski and snowboard club. They are holding registration this week for the upcoming ski season. Check them out of the web for more details.

Toronto Maple Leafs: Come out this Wednesday and watch the Leafs take on the Phoenix Coyotes. Ticket available online. Game time is 7:30pm.
